Forbes: Philips Unveils New TV Range - Including More Affordable MiniLEDs

“Sitting just below Philips’ two new OLED ranges will be a new series of MiniLED TVs. Dubbed ‘The Xtra Series’, the 9308 MiniLED models will ship in 55 and 65-inch screen sizes and achieve a claimed 1000 nits of light output from the bank of much smaller than usual LEDs they use to light their pictures. . . The 9308s will still get the new 7th Gen P5 picture processor, though, while the panels will be 120Hz and support wide colour gamuts able to cover a claimed 98% of the DCI colour range.”
